WHY BLAME TRUMP FOR MAKING AN ASS OUT  OF OURSELVES?

Let’s not feign surprise at the way Trump has arisen from literally the ashes. He has always remained partly a laughing stock, denounced, admired, envied, clear, fool, great businessman, cheat and what not. That is the reason he is winning. 

People elect those whom they like very much or to spite those whom they hate. That is how those who get the majority of votes win. What does it mean? All those voted from him voted for One of his best qualities. For different people different things matter. Some want honest, some well versed in administration, some substitute great oratory for great intelligence, but most are like those who have persuaded them that they are the best candidates, even without being very specific.

How do we select our friends and foes? People who think like us and hate like us make our best friends. We respect those who are able to think or do better than us. We hardly question those who are way ahead in life than us in wealth or intelligence. (May be just to show off to friends and others we can also think and do like them, but we did not get the ‘opportunity’!) Why do you think cinema actors become so famous? We see in them our own image (a guy just like you, doing impossible things, making you believe in your heart in real life you could have done it – got the girl or wealth you wanted, got the impossible done, etc. You like him, but do you embrace him in toto? No, far from it. Not all are good looking, not all are villains, but almost all are winners at the end. Even losers are called martyrs! When you are asked who is a good actor, you name someone who has been your favorite. May be a brand new actor who has done two great movies not a legend who has done more good movies than bad, but has given his best.

Most of us hate womanizers publicly.  But is it not a fact that many do not mind looking twice at a beautiful lady and at least  draw a deep breath, sometime even recalling them a few more times in different pleasant situations with us? Don’t we admire a gambler for his tricks and winning for a while, before we rejoice when his downfall comes? Don’t we plan in our mind how the crook could have robbed the bank in a better way? The nation celebrates veterans who give up their lives in war. But how many would like to give up their lives to save one?

We always live two lives at the same time. One real and one imaginary.  We continue to do the job we hate. We rejoice at our luck when we find a wallet full of money lying on road unclaimed and unseen!

We do all these things on our own volition when we know about these people. In case of others and those fictional characters we read in books or papers, we do the same things from hearsay which substitutes our experience. These modern days “poll” results and instant media reactions make up our minds for us! If 80% of voters like a candidates, who am I to vote against him? We pledge our mind to media and the victory or defeat as projected by media as our own and rejoice or lament!

This will explain the support Trump ‘seemingly’ is getting from his supporters. They are those who superimpose their own personalities with that of Trump. His ‘success(?)’ in money matters and ladies had aroused a temporary liking and admiration for him. If Clinton can hammer on it and wake up people from their dream, Trump will be dropped like a hot potato. If she pulls her punches on this issue, she will get no where. Let her not depend too much on those righteous ladies voting for her. All of them and their adult children might be what made the ladies of Trump go for him, till at least he is defeated!

Unfortunately her own husband has crippled her from too much denouncement of Trump. Her present posture of as though not much love has been lost between her and her husband, will not help her. They may start wondering is there a life after some similar wandering also? Is it possible to have a piece of both worlds?  As for husbands, Donald’s escapades do not interest them. What he did was against his wives and let all the ladies be offended. No male will seriously denounce him for that. But they will for him for the simple animal instinct of going for the kill when you can, which is admired by every man.

Does not our nation mean anything for me? If it does should we be discussing Donald and his girls instead of what matters to our nation?

IN THE NEXT THREE WEEKS CLINTON SHOULD AGAIN AND AGAIN EMPHASIZE ONLY ONE THING; IF YOU VALUE FAMILY LIFE, IF YOU DO NOT WANT IT TO BECOME  ‘OLD FASHIONED’ AND LAUGHED AT, THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE FOR YOU OTHER THAN VOTE FOR CLINTON. SHE SHOULD ADMIT SHE GAVE HELL TO BILL, BUT KEPT UP WITH HIM TO REACH HER OWN GOALS IN LIFE. HOW MANY OF ORDINARY FOLKS COULD HAVE DONE IT? LET US KILL THE CUB BEFORE IT ROARS LIKE A LION.
