Immigrants are national asset! Look at the USA!

With opportunities for development in abundance, Europe & USA welcomed & used low paid immigrant labor as stepping stone for getting richer and richer and that is why that nation is the richest now. Recently  this process has temporarily slowed down because of the ISIS problem. But it can never totally stop because development never ceases. Another reason is native population will never again be willing to do the low paid jobs anymore! As India develops it will be natural more and more native people to go for only better paying jobs and  under employed people from neighboring countries will  be attracted to cross border to come to India to fill those jobs. While we do not have to welcome all of them with open arms, we can allow capable labor and even small investors to come over with resident permits. This will only result in better relationship & good will with our neighbours instead of making the illegal immigrants to live in fear of us and join those who are inimical to us. We can make acceptance of Uniform Civil Code (after it is Constitutionally  made an option for every citizen)  a condition for immigration . When UCC is found acceptable for a sufficient number, in due course, it will become acceptable to one and all.
