Whom should the world fear: The stock market bandits or the 'Terrorists'?

This is the naked
picture of capitalism which teaches if your client/customer is an idiot, it is
OK to swindle him by hook or crook. You will find this trait in almost everyone
who trades in stock market or works for ANY investment company on in corporations
which think their first duty is to pay as much as possible to shareholders (of
course, after the senior most executives and directors take their cut). As with
any criminal / immoral activity, it all starts in a very small scale and as one
gets used to the poison it devours the whole system. In the 17th century there
were 2 such collapses, 18th - 7, 19th - 13 and in 20th - 17. In the 21st
century there have been so far 5 in these 14 years and at this rate there will
be about 35 more in this century! Are we going to learn anything from this?
Absolutely not. We have not learnt anything from the havoc created from wars
and keep on spending colossal sums on weaponry; we have legalized gambling as
though if it is legal, it should be right! (That is another way we look at
things: NOT as long as it is legal, it is OK. We think: As long as I am not
caught or my lawyer can get me out or my corporation can plead guilty, pay the
fine and I can go Scott-free, everything is fine. We have 'great movies'
praised by one and all and fetching millions of profit to the producers and
actors, telling in detail how a big crime in real life was committed, how some
immoral women ruled over some other men, We read avidly how a 'great' criminal
lawyer saved someone from hanging, though he had killed someone in broad day
light before a crowd of onlookers by proving through world famous doctors that
his client was 'momentarily insane' at the time he committed the crime! I can
go on and on or you can read the headlines in CNN, MSNBC, etc. every day. Let's
not lose our sleep because some misguided people called "terrorists"
kill some more. Under the moral code of present day - You can make millions of
poor in Argentina, by pushing that nation legally to hell, as 'great' nations
who fought 'greater wars' with their huge armies against hardly armed people in
far off countries. Finally those illiterate, poor, sick (mentally and
physically) people left with nothing but their religion and the sophisticated
arms supplied to them by big powers for their political games. If they kill a
few hundred what is the problem? It is not 'legal' for them yet for those
people to do what we had done, many a time in wrecking calamity on hundreds of
thousands all over the world? Jesus Christ said: "O God, please pardon
them because they know not what they are doing." He did not say this to
those people; it was intended for us.
