A SECURITY LAPSE WAITING FOR 68 YEARS TO BE CORRECTED!

Funny! In summer months when crossing over is the easiest all across the border and security is vital, there is no fence or it is 'under construction' and in winter, when it is comparatively difficult to traverse, the fence is disrupted due to weight of snow! Imagine this problem is nothing new, neither the infiltration; both have been in existence for more than 60 years! I really wonder if there has been anything called a government all these days! No wonder our friends across the border are taunting us day in and day out. Who is responsible for this state of affairs? Defence Ministers who are supposed to keep our borders secure by foreseeing problems? Defence Chiefs who have not found a solution and implemented it? Defence Ministers who are supposed to keep our borders secure by foreseeing problems? Prime Ministers who have only been chest thumping? Above all media who would rather report extensively about the DNA of CMs rather than on issues involving national security?
