I am proud of you Kiranji! You are Indian women's power in glaring display. But threatening to run away will not obviously solve the problem. People who are used to dirt and have been lazy all these years, will rather let you go, than get to work to clean up the mess. Having threatened you will be forced to keep your words. Tell them, you will not leave them in dirt. You will keep on raking up the issue every day. (No pun intended!) You will cut the budget of tourism or each and every development plan and allocate it to cleanliness till they learn their lesson. Say you will run a national advertisement campaign calling your state as the dirtiest of all and asking people not to visit it lest they may get infected with diseases. Impose criminal charges on those who are littering around. You know the Hindi proverb: Laat ke bhoot, baat nahin mante!
