Subramanian
Venkatraman Hon'ble
Prime Minister! As it is said, I don't know how to thank you for your Birthday
wish! As all know, after every passing birthday after you are 70+ and when you
do not have any goal in life, you only look forward to peaceful departure! So I
was also awaiting His call. But you put a spark in my dormant patriotism and
ignited it! Now I want to live at least till 2019 when you will again become
the Prime Minister of India to guide its destiny. I read with tears in my eyes
everyday sitting here in the USA about the tremendous progress India is making
under your stewardship. I also shed tears for those ignorant who cannot see
what I see in the resurgent India and in its future and abuse you! Your conduct
against them (just ignoring them and concentrating on your service to nation!)
shows the way to all patriotic Indians what should be their first duty! It is
Desh Seva, Desh Seva, Desh Seva all the way! May God give you a very long life!
Thank you once again!

However, it has not been popular because of the reluctance of legislators and courts, on humanitarian grounds and growing entrenched corruption in the enforcement apparatus which helped criminals. Second stage : Human beings preferred to live in SMALL groups, as it was found to be better than living alone. This process led to bigger and bigger groups with their ways and habits of living, depending on their circumstances. Problems arose when the groups got bigger than the benefits available to them as a group. Since there was no way anymore...
