Shame the MPs and make them behave!

The Speaker of Lok Sabha and the Chairman of Rajya Sabha should rule that from the day of the ruling, MPs will only be paid their salary and allowances strictly in proportion to the time they spent within the Chamber only, while it was in session. They should also announce no adjournment will be allowed, even if passed unanimously. All the time video recording will be on covering the whole Chamber and made available to public and posterity in its entirety for viewing and research without any charge and without any restriction on reproduction with or without editing. That should teach the unruly crowd a lesson. Candidates opposed to any member will be happy to distribute videos of his opponent's antics in the chamber during the campaign for the next election!
