Chuck Hagel warns China! 

USA has become, of late, a real paper tiger. It never 'says' anything. It 'warns'! Who is afraid? None. Absolutely none. Russia, China, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, you name it, not even African countries! Is it prepared to put its troops where its mouth is? When it was selling all kinds of heavy arms and war planes to every country willing to pay the price, it should have known you reap what you sow! Capitalistic countries focusing only on profits without any plan for future, always end up like this. After the devastation of world war and then the atrocities of Mao tse-Tung it quietly drew up a very long term plan: First enticed the USA's business by offering cheap labor and has almost made it totally dependent upon it for small and medium industrial products costing the USA millions of local jobs for its own citizens. In the process its own economy thrived and it built a 1000 billion dollar portfolio! US will go bankrupt if China calls back its loans! With its own internal squabbles and hard line policies by both leading parties, the political will of the USA has been sapped and it is no more in a position to take a strong stand on any world affair. Along with the USSR, the USA is also no more a super power. It is China which is a super power. If the USA is really interested in strengthening itself, it should openly support India in all its problems with Pakistan. It is only India which can be its true ally against China. The earlier it realizes it, the better it will be for it.
