Goebbels Theory does not work any more!
With the rise of social media Goebbels theory does not work always in modern times. In dictatorships or where media is under government control, it is quite possible. It is also possible to a certain extent in democracies where govt directly or indirectly control free press like it was done under Congress Govt. Later on we have seen the raise of Presstitutes who for lucre were twisting facts and creating a sort of frenzy which mostly lasted for a few weeks. But that was again only in social media, which was duped by the Presstitutes. This channel has been used by Congress also, I should admit, quite effectively. But we are born in India where the motto of govt is Satyameva Jayate! Now those santan of Goebbels are getting it all back!
