CBI could have taken Kejriwal into confidence when he was to appoint Rajendra Kumar as his P.S. and informed all about him. They did not do so knowingly because they wanted to wait for yesterday. CBI wanted to catch someone with full and authentic knowledge of what Kejri was doing and Rajendra Kumar as Kejriwal's PS was ideal. He already had a record of crimes. Now when they grill Rajendra Kumar, if he wants to avoid third degree and lenient punishment or even acquittal, he will turn into a government approver. In that case we will know shortly the darker side of Kejriwal, all authentic as informed by a co-conspirator with all records available with government. Iron clad proof, that is what they say. No wonder Kejriwal blew his top when he came to know of Rajendra Kumar's arrest.

Military prosecutors are bargaining with him to plead guilty to a charge of 'mistreatment' to avoid court proceedings! Don't blame Indian judiciary! It is a hundred times better. The problem with us is we in the USA, love cutting a 'deal' for anything! You can murder someone in cold blood in a small county and if you can engage a famous lawyer to defend by paying millions of dollars in fees, the county will be happy to allow you to plead guilty to  lesser crime, such as manslaughter or even unintended killing or self defense! Because the county cannot afford to reimburse your lawyer's fees just in case it loses the case! Shame on this plea bargaining process.
