@narendramodi Why not ask each milk vendor to insure a calf when it is born & apportion a percentage of milk tax paid on milk produced by it for premium, which can be paid back later for its maintenance for life? It will encourage them not to sell barren cows to kasais!=============================================================================

@narendramodi Look B4 U leap. Banning the sale of a cow is unconstitutional. As a property, all have the right 2 sell it. Can 1 donate it? V can't even bind 1 2 keep his wife, how do V expect him 2 keep an animal? How can U force farmers 4 20 years 4 nothing? Govt can't even offer 2 takeover w/out compensation. If at all, levy a tax on milk & use it 2 maintain these cattle @ govt expense. Has govt any idea @ all that barren cattle will increase yearly by about 20% under this scheme? When milk price is increased by 40% see how many support this step.
