Feinstein asks Gorsuch 4 his views on earlier decisions of SC which R publicly questioned now. Gorsuch claims he'll hold those precedents as 'settled law & sacrosanct.' I think it shud b so, but ONLY 4 lower courts; it can't b so 4 SC, 2 which all laws, including provisions of Constitution, R subject 2 reviews solely based on the acceptability & evaluation of arguments presented. Giving settled rules any kind of fundamentally favorable weight shud b wrong in itself & create undesirable prejudice in the minds of judges B4 a decision is taken.

I laugh whenever a proposed SC nominee says "I'll decide all cases as per law w/out prejudice". Even God is prejudiced toward his believers! Sages for eons hv tried w/out success 2 get rid of it. Isn't 'intention' of the law means what the law wants U 2 do & what 2 avoid?

It was enlightening sitting thru hours during Senate confirmation hearing of Justice Gorsuch & learn that we are ruled by the lawyers, for the lawyers as per law enacted by the lawyers! Democracy means rule by lawyers controlling all the three branches of our Govt! Oh God, how could you allow these lawyers even to cheat YOU & usurp all powers! I thought YOU were the ultimate Provider!

Ladies are the same everywhere, in he USA or in India! Jeffrey Sinclair, a serving Brigadier General of US Army is charged with sexual assault & 2 more charges. Military prosecutors are bargaining with him to plead guilty to a charge of 'mistreatment' to avoid court proceedings! Don't blame Indian judiciary! It is a hundred times better. The problem with us is we in the USA, love cutting a 'deal' for anything! You can murder someone in cold blood in a small county and if you can engage a famous lawyer to defend by paying millions of dollars in fees, the county will be happy to allow you to plead guilty to  lesser crime, such as manslaughter or even unintended killing or self defense! Because the county cannot afford to reimburse your lawyer's fees just in case it loses the case! Shame on this plea bargaining process. CUT DOWN THE DRAMA, WHAT IS REAL STORY AND ITS END? TRUMP & HIS TANTRUMS! From what US media says, there is no doubt, all our intelligence agencies be it Defense, Foreign Service, Treasury or FBI, had the goods, and plenty of it, on Trump well before he was on the way to becoming GOP nominee. Probably the President was not informed about these investigations AFTER he became a Presidential candidate of GOP for whatever justification the agencies may sight now, but surely they had an obligation to tell him about what was going on.
